Description of Services: Senior programming and activities, Information and referral, needs assessment, crisis intervention and service coordination, Financial Assistance, Senior Health Outreach Programs: Nursing consultation, home visits and assessments, Blood Pressure Screenings offered in conjunction with the Fire Department, Nutrition/Meals on Wheels: The Senior Service's nutrition program, in collaboration with Minuteman Senior Services, offers lunch Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a required donation.  For individuals who have difficulty shopping and cooking on their own, Meals on Wheels are home delivered daily by volunteers, Senior Service Program: Seniors volunteer to work for town and school departments in exchange for property tax abatements.

Description of Services: The Community Services Coordinator provides comprehensive professional social work services to assist Stow town residents with social, emotional, and economic needs. Services include transitional case management, consultation, information and referral, advocacy, and crisis follow up. Services are confidential and open to town residents of all ages and income.  Most residents self-refer, but the Community Services Coordinator also responds to referrals from schools, police and fire department, clergy, doctors, hospitals, and medical agencies.  The Community Services Coordinator can work in collaboration with other community agencies and can meet with residents in the office or the home setting.
